APG completed the Steamboat Springs Master Plan and continued to work with the airport in a planning on-call role through a subcontract. Leah oversaw the master plan process from the onset and have continued to aid the airport through document updates. In order to better serve the users and the sponsor; the Minimum Standards, Rules and Regulations, and leases were redeveloped to ensure compliance and standardization. These projects set the foundation for future airport development and growth.
